Refund policy

Returns
We always let you try our tights first-time round risk-free. If you don’t like them, or if you need a different size, simply send them back within 28 days and we will refund you or replace them for the right size. A refund will only be offered if the customer does not like the product during the first 28 day trial period. Following this, if approved any returns will be replaced for a like for like product.

Our returns policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. If you feel like you need to return an item, please first email us at hey@thelegwear.co with a full description and pictures. We will then advise how next to proceed.

We may require you to post the product back for analysis. We will then decide if a refund or replacement will be made. If the product is deemed to be sabotaged a replacement will not be approved.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase including the date processed.

Refunds (if applicable)
In the event of a returned item due to quality issues or damage, The Legwear Co. will replace the item for a like for like product and will not offer a refund. If we are out of stock we will contact you to resolve the issue another way.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PQD Trading Co. C/O Ogden Fulfilment, Unit 1, Worth Bridge Ind Est, Worth Bridge Road, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 4LB

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
